I am writing this becayse I feel it is necessary to let you know how my family and I feel about purchasing an automobile at Cortese Dodge. We have purchased six vehicles in four years. What keeps us coming back is very simple; your entire staff is very proffesional, knowledgable, and we feel like we are treated like family. If I call, I am greeted by Wendy, she is always cheerful, knows who I am and has a short conversation with me. Whenever I come in whether it is to browse around or have an oil change, your sales staff are the first ones with their hand out to say hello and to have a few kind words to say. What you have created is a wonderful buying experience that has snowballed throught your entire business. The service department, the parts department and the body shop. I recently purchased an' 07 Dodge Ram SLT. Joe Providenze and Dan Levato worked very hard to make the numbers fit my budget.
