My husband and I have been renting from Corral Hollow for the past 2yrs, and for the duration of tose two years have had nothing but problems. We moved to our home in July, the first two weeks we were here our air conditioner broke, we called Corral Hollow to let them know about the problem, they said they would have a repairman there that day. Well that day came and went and no reapirman showed up, finally after 2weeks of calling our rental agent I advised her that I would call a reqapirman myself and forward her the bill, it wasn't 30 minuted later a reapirman was at my door. Another problem, my heat has gone out for the 4th time in 2months, it is now the middle of Feburary and no heat! I again called Corral Hollow and again advised I will call a repairman and forward the bill, this time it didn't work! I had to call The Housing Authourity, Fair Housing and Code Enforcement on this company before they would send someone to fix my heat! This is what brings me here to you today. PLEASE KEEP ALL RECIPTS, LEASE AGREEMENT AND ALL OTHER IMPORTANT PAPERWORK, so you do not have to go through what my family and I have had to endure for the last 2yrs!!!!!
