Excellent Experience 1/19/2017

From the organized, advanced and clean garage to the friendly guidance of Buddy this was an excellent experience. My 2006 Nissan need quite a bit of work and Corpus Auto Service made did it all and for a fair (Even gave me a discount due to the amount of work) price. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get quality service for their favorite vehicle. more

You charged me $1000 and didn't fix my car 1/6/2017

You replaced two parts in my car but it literally made the problem worse. You also tried to charge me $1400 and then as soon as you talked to a guy you immediately dropped the price by 400 dollars. I left the shop and within 24 hours my suspension was messed up again but even worse. And I repeatedly asked for you to check a leak in my car which you did not. more

I had called last minute to schedule an oil change and to have my brakes looked at. They were able to get me on the books that same day and at my preferred time. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed with the friendly customer service that Buddy provided me with! These guys promptly got to working on my car and I was not left waiting for them to eventually get to me, as most places do. So nice!! The guys looked at my brakes (which are new and not purchased through this shop) and ensured me that they did not find any problems. I was told to bring my car back in if the noise reoccured and they would again try to determine the problem at no additional cost to me. How awesome is that!!! I loved my visit here because it was comfortable. I was never hassled or pushed to purchase what I did not need. Buddy provided honest advice, which I am very thankful for. If honesty and integrity are important to you, look no further. Corpus Auto Service is where it's at! more

I had a list of minor repairs and concerns; Buddy and the staff at Corpus Auto Service checked every item. I got an honest assessment, with "needs to be done now" vs "it can wait". Parts had to be ordered but came in quickly and although I had to leave my car overnight, they got it done ASAP. More than reasonable cost; Buddy always gives me an estimate and it is always spot-on. more

Fast, courteous, and efficient 10/29/2016

They were able to get me in fast for a Service A on my Mercedes GL350. Buddy was great with my 3 year old and I while we waited. Service was done quickly and no hassles. The cost was great especially compared to the Mercedes dealership. more

Ouick Service AND reasonable prices! 9/15/2016

I have been bringing my C230 Mercedes in for Service now for several years. I have ALWAYS felt like a Friend while in there, NOT just a Customer. I wait while getting my Car Serviced. Buddy, your first contact when you walk in, has ALWAYS been warm and friendly!! Another contact is, Sadie, a VERY large Doberman that is SO sweet. Criag, the Owner, is forever pleasant and friendly too. When not out of the Office Golfing. LOL They are honest and up front on the cost. IF they do find something else wrong, they come and talk with you. NO Surprises like other places!! Will trust my Car w/them ALWAYS. more
