This complex is not worth the aggrivation. The ""management"" did absolutly nothing outside of what the law told them to do. I once had an issue that required immediate attention but whenever I tried calling the manager's cell phone, she wouldn't answer. I left messages, but she didn't call back for several days. Every time I went to the office for help, I would find a note on the door directing me to her apartment where she was hardly ever home. She and her husband would park her truck in the ""tow zone"" because they could get away with it, while tenants would get towed if they did the same. they would also park their vehicles in the visitor spots, even though they got 2 spots for themselves! The apartment I was in smelled like new paint the entire time I lived there. The cheap, plastic toilet seats were broken, which is strange since the lease says they charge tenants for broken seats when they move out. There were also missing light bulbs and dead batteries in the smoke detectors when I moved in. Both of these are also supposed to be replaced at previous tenants expense. Is corporate woods charging people for this stuff and keeping the money rather than replacing the stuff? I have just moved out so I don't know if I get my deposit back or if they will keep it. there was no damage to my unit and I left the place in the same condition I got it. Save your time and stress, look somewhere else for an apartment.
