This place uses awful business practices! I really suggest you go elsewhere and/or find some where that gives free estimates (just look online or Craigslist and you will find some). Not only did they not repair my TV, the gave me an outrageous quote to fix ($250 for a capacitor problem that costs about $20 on ebay), but they gave me back my tv in worse condition then when I originally took it. They then offered to lower the repair fee to $200 and I after I refused again they even offered to by my tv, because they knew who easy it was to fix, for $50. If that doesn't sound shady I don't know what is. \r

In summary, they messed up my tv to the point where only they know how to fix it. Please take this review seriously and try and go else where. Better yet, go online (youtube and ebay) and see if you are comfortable with fixing it yourself, it really is very easy. It will take about an hour and about $20 (if it is a capacitor problem-which about 80% of the problems with LCDs usually are). My only regrets are that I should have tried to fix my tv myself and that I should have taken some of the other reviews seriously before I went there. I filed a small claims case, but I know I wont win because they will deny everything, but I am like other consumers who are tired of getting screwed by businesses like this.
