Each time I visit Cornerstone Eye Associates I have a great experience. As a nurse at a local hospital for the past 41 years, I so appreciate the excellent care given by each and every staff member. This is my experience with each visit. Dr Chaisson is thorough, professional and very personable. He takes his time and I never feel like he is rushed or eager to move on to the next patient. Yesterday I was greeted by Kaycee and Vanessa who were both on top of their game and all over customer satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. I wish I wrote down the names of every staff member I have met each time I am there. Please know that they are all wonderful. I would surely recommend this Eye Practice to anyone. I wanted to share that Dr. Beisheim is great but also that the staff at your Brighton and your Gates office have great customer service. They smile and go out of their way to help. I have taken my elderly mother who was less than friendly and they were very patient with her. Thank you for your efforts. It is very noticable and very refreshing. more
