it is very simple, I love dealing with Cornerstone Tire, I have never had a problem with them, the shop is owned by a strong Christian family and they stand very strongly on that and respect their customers accordingly. Great Service. more

Honest Evaluation 1/30/2014

I took my car in because of unusual rough noises and asked for a tune-up. They checked and called back to tell me the problem was my AC, not a tune-up issue. I suspected this when I took the car in, so I wasn't surprised. Instead of offering to repair my AC AND tune-up the car (double dipping) the Cornerstone representative (Gene?) suggested I might want to get the AC repaired and put off the tune-up. Obviously, he wasn't simply working to make a bigger payday; he was working for my best interest. This is why I go back to Cornerstone. more

NEW TIRES 1/12/2014

INITIALLY CALLED/TALKED TO ELI RE- NEW TIRES BEFORE COMING.UPON ARRIVING, I MET WITH DEAN{GLASSES} AND LET HIM KNOW HAD IMPORTANT APPT I COULD NOT BE LATE TO OR MISS AND IF POSSIBLE TO GET MY APPT/WORK ASAP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED--HE CONFIDENTLY SAID THEY COULD GET IT DONE==SINCE THE TIRES I AGREED ON WERE NOT IN STOCK HE QUICKLY ORDERED THEM FROM WAREHOUSE.HE HUSTLED,GOT THE MESSAGE TO HIS TEAM AND THEY GOT IT DONE==VERY SATISFACTORILY ,,AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO RETURN NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE TIRE ALIGNMENT I WAS VERY GREATFUL THE JOB WAS DONE WITH TIME TO MAKE MY HARLINGEN APPT. AND I RECOGNIZE HARD WORK ,SO WHEN I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED I BROUGHT THE TEAM SOME "SWEET BREAD/DONUTS" FOR THEM TO ENJOY. I HAVE HIGHLY RECCOMENDED YOUR BUSINESS. great service, need better time estimates 12/11/2013

All it was was an oil change. I said I could walk home, but they said it would not take long. Almost three hours! Please be more honest about waiting times. more

Nothing makes this place worth your time 10/19/2013

I am not sure the reason why I came back to this place, unfortunately I did. I took my car in the morning only to have a flat tire repaired. The person in charge asked me leave the car, because it was going to take some hours to have the work done, but for sure told me that the car will be ready at noon. I explained to him the need to have the car ready at 12. Hey said don't worry. So I went to my office, walking 20 min, at 12 ordered a taxi to take to pick my car, only to find out that nothing was done since 8 am. This person said if you don't like it take it. So I had to take my car with a flat some place else. He never offered an apology or showed interest in solving my problem. Last year after waiting hours to have a flat tire repaired they scratched the rim big time. The patch lasted like 3 weeks. more
