Corner Comics 4/11/2006

Comics are an art and literary form often overlooked in this country. We'll see and enjoy a movie based on a graphic novel but avoid reading the actual comic it is based on. Corner Comics is a good place for the beginner to enter the world of comics. The store is small and a little claustrophobic. But it includes more comics than collectibles (the sign of a good comic store). Paige the proprietor is friendly and knowledgeable. You'll find a selection that is geared toward both the adult and the younger set. more

Comics are Still Cool 3/18/2006

Believe it or not, there are a lot of comic book stores around the Seattle area. But Corner Comics is one of the ones we like for finding back issues and with more than 50,000 comics in stock you should be able to find something you must have. The owner is very customer service oriented and is fun to talk to. The store itself is small and not as glitzy as some other stores out there, but if you're into comics you might want to check Corner Comics out. more
