I worked there for 3 mths in 2010. At 1st i thought it was just me, but the staff is not trained properly. Mgt. is awful they care nothing about the residents. I don't know how these people are still in business. There are no cameras, there is only 1 person working 3rd shift, so who's to say how your loved 1 is being treated.The pay when i was there was $7.25/hr, no overtime. Very unprofessional. The food they fix & try to pass as a meal is awful. They don't watch them properly. Mgt. & Owner is not always in, so sometime it's just the caregivers there alone. The place is a dump. There's nothing for them to do that is fun, no garden or anything to breath life into the place. IT'S PRISON!!!!!!
