These people discriminate. And the management is rude to customers. Our home has oil tanks that need to be filled twice a year to the sum of at least $1,400 a year. For about 10 years we used Cory Oil and they filled our tanks and we paid off the bill in payments each time. Whenever it was time to fill our tank we owed zero, by then our bill was at zero owed. This went on for 10 years without any problems. Then in 2007 I became very ill and could not work for a period of time due to many heart troubles. I was getting temporary help from the state to help me keep my oil tanks full. I received from the state voucher for $200.00 one time which we gave to Cory Oil to help pay our bill. Again we managed to keep the bill at zero owed when it was time to fill the tanks again. During the winter our tank was running low so we called Cory Oil for a delivery and they told us to go elsewhere for our oil needs. That no longer will oil be delivered to our house. We owed zero, nothing yet we treated like this after being a loyal customer of theirs for 10 years.
The only explanation we can come up with is we were discriminated against because the state helped us out with a one time only voucher/ check.
Needless to say we went elsewhere for our oil needs and this new company treats us like the loyal customers
