Our business had been leasing copiers from CopyKom for the last 4 years and they are getting worse and worse every day. There is no live person to talk to whenever you call for service, clients have to leave messages and hope that someone listens to them). We have to wait for service appointments for weeks, and in the meantime have to pay Kinko's to make copies for us. And the worst thing is that Copykom leased us another copier instead of the one we had earlier (better machine with more capacity), but they never canceled our old lease so we have to pay for the 2 machines (the new one and the one we no longer have). Copykom promised to reimburse us for the old machine lease payments, but getting those reimbursement checks from Copykom is like pulling teeth. My opinion of this company is very low, I would not recommend anyone to deal with Copykom.
