Copy To Go

I needed some business cards while driving home one day. So I went to Westwood and browsed around the different printing shops. Then I came across Copy to Go. They welcomed me so nicely and made me feel at home. They offered me to some refreshments and even to eat lunch with them. I came when they were eating, and I told them I would wait. But the employees refused to eat until they helped me with my work. They were so dedicated to helping me. They did not want to finish my tasks first so they can go eat. They want to get a job done right, and see the satisfaction on the customers face. And they did. I was so delighted with my business cards that I promised I would come back whenever I needed cards. They gave me a very reasonable price. I was so happy at the end of the day. They did my job twice as fast and still flawless. They used all their skills to help me and I appreciated that. I just recently started using copy to go in westwood and although they are a small business they are able to keep up with all the other chain printers, I actually believe that copy to go is better than all the other places. They technology is also up to their level. Their machines are great and the resolution on all of my jobs is outstanding. Copy to go is very convenient because I can just walk into the store and talk to elias or his staff and they can get me in and out very quickly, and if I need to make some changes later on with the job, I can just email them my changes and they always fix them. I go to them because they are very fitting and accommodating. They don?t charge me for making the minor changes to some of my files even though I know it takes them some time to do the changes. I was delighted to find out that in addition to doing excellent printing that they also have a passport photo section in the shop that they take great pictures. They keep on taking the pictures until the customer is satisfied and they are happy with the results of their pictures. For example, I did not like how my first two pictures turned out, (even though it was not their fault) they retook the pictures for me and I was very satisfied with their service.
