Disappointed with shipping 12/14/2015

This was the first time that I've ordered a product from Copsplus and I have no issues with the item I ordered. The quality looks good and the price $23.96 was fair. However I am greatly disappointed that it took 11 days from the order date to delivery at a cost of $7.80 got a package that fit into a large envelope and only weighed 0.5 lbs. I feel that is excessive for shipping from New York to Arizona. more

Holster 12/14/2015

Bought a new gun and needed a holster. I did not know how hard it was to buy a holster, especially living next to two major cities. Well after figuring out which model I wanted, I called around and no one had it. One place ordered it and said two weeks. I called back and they said we do not know when it will be in. So I found Copsplus, they had it in stock and I had it in my hands five days later!!! Great place and will go back for more equipment !!!! more

Empty package 12/9/2015

When the US Postal Service delivered an empty package from CopsPlus, I called CopsPlus and without hesitation and with genuine sincerity, they agreed to send me another $34 item without charge. Who was at fault? Who knows, but CopsPlus didn't care. They just wanted a satisfied customer, and I am. more

Great Service & Shipping 4/23/2015

I needed a holster for my new Glock 41. The Cops plus website does not have options for that gun. They worked with me to find one that would work. Ordered a Fobus self locking paddle holster model FO GL3RP. It is designed for Glock 21 but also fits my 41 model. The barrel of the 41 is about .8 inches longer, but the gun fits. The barrel protrudes that much through the holster. Shipping was on time. more
