Copps Food Ctr

Cashiers and baggers are usually friendly and helpful but the person working in customer service was rude and acted like I was bothering her. When I checked out a young bagger had placed my purchases in someone else's cart. When I asked where they were the bagger and the cashier seemed genuinely concerned but the same lady that was at the service desk happened to walk by and when she was told about the missing groceries she just said "When I saw him he didn't have anything in his cart" and walked off like that ended the matter. As luck would have it, the lady in who's cart my purchases had been placed walked in shortly after that and told the cashier that she had someone else's groceries. If not for her honesty I think I would have been out the money I spent. more

I have had nothing but poor customer service at Copps on Junction Rd. in Madison, WI. Every time I go into the store I have issues with the prices and no one cares and people are really rude to me at the customer service desk and act like I am bothering them when I need their help. On the other hand the Diana in the floral department is wonderful, helpful and great at her job. She always helps me and makes the best floral arrangements in town. more

Many of the Copps stores in the Madison area were once Kohl's stores. I preferred the Kohl's stores, because I care a lot about how a business treats the employees. Kohl's seemed to be a store where many employees had worked for a long time. Copps appears to have a high turnover rate, and they seem to pay lower wages. Many of the Copps stores have a salad bar. The salad bar is my favorite feature offered by Copps. more
