Coppermark Bank doesn't provide customer service for it's credit card after normal banking hours. If you buy gas twice, make a purchase from Amazon, make too many charges in 1 day, or a company types in the wrong expiration date on you credit card, Coppermark Bank will freeze your credit card. You will not be notified. You will not have access to you account until the bank reopens. Traveling - Too Bad. No hotel, no rental car, no food, no gas. Their third party customer service provider is just a glorified answering machine. You will be instructed to call the bank during normal business hours. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU FOR ANY REASON! THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPERVISORS ON DUTY! THEY WILL NOT CONTACT A BANK REPRESENTATIVE! YOU ARE STUCK! YOU ARE HELPLESS! YOU AND YOU FAMILIES SAFETY IS AT RISK! Coppermark Bank is aware that their policies put you at risk. They believe that customers value protecting themselves against the inconvenience of misuse. Inconvenience for whom??? The customer isn't liable. PROTECT YOURSELF!
