I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The executive director doesn't care about the residents. All she cares about is money. Issues that family members have, or that the residents themselves have are not solved, they are swept under the rug. The nursing staff USED to be great, however now it is sub par. I hear they are being investigated by the state of MN for neglect of a dying resident and other residents. I wish my mom never lived there and she will be moving as soon as we find new placement for her. Please save yourself the heartache and place your loved ones where they are respected and cared for. more

Kind, Loving, Caring...GREAT place 3/14/2012

My mom has been at Copperfield Hill for several years. She has had nothing but amazing service and care. The other residents are always friendly and welcoming. The nurses are so kind and loving. They go above and beyond their call of duty. The food is delicious and there are always a big variety of activities for mom to do. I have always been impressed with Copperfield Hill and what they do for their residents. If you want a place that is like family and a place for a loved one to call home then go to Copperfield! Thanks Copperfield for all you do. more

Think Twice before putting family here 1/16/2012

During the past few months there has been many thefts at Copperfield. Residents have been asked to report them to the office and not the Police. Nothing is being done to catch the employee. It has to be an employee since there is no forced entry only the use of the master key for the apartments. Due to sentimental value, and monetary this has been sent to the State of MN as well and Copperfield is NOT cooperating with the State Agency either. Robbinsdale Police have now been called by at least 2 residents to report the thefts. Think twice before placing a family member here unless you keep all valuable and anything with sentimental value at another location. Their brochure also says an RN is on duty 24 hours a day. They do not have an RN on duty in those buildings 24 x 7. Not a good place to have someone move into. more
