Copper Eagle Patrol & Security

Been staying with a friend for several months now who owns a property in a development that employs Copper Eagle. Even though they've seen my car there for three months, about two weeks ago these rent-a-cops decided to start giving me fake tickets that said my registration was expired and somehow that's in violation of their policy. Since my car is out of state, Copper Eagle has no way of checking my registration yet they still tried to site me for it, thinking they're real cops. Even after I made several phonecalls to the Copper Eagle office and the HOA, they still UNLAWFULLY TOWED MY CAR regardless of the fact that I showed them a copy of my CURRENT registration. They towed my car and then tried to tell me that it's now between me and the tow company(at a cost of $200). Isaiah, the supervisor I spoke to at Copper Eagle was rude and argumentative, making up fake laws that he could not find written anywhere(e.g. if you're in Cali for over 10 days you have to re-register your car). He argued with me over semantics of the law which he knew nothing about, in a very berating tone. It took me calling the REAL POLICE(who btw said that CE has no right to give citations based on reg. since they're not real cops), before they released my car which they technically stole. Wow! If I could leave this business with a ZERO star rating I would based on the GOD AWEFUL service they offer. Hope and pray you don't get KELLY on the phone, she is by far the worst representative I've ever dealt with for customer service. Rather than assist me on a simple request, she became irate and hung up on me FOUR times. I had to call back MULTIPLE times and throughout that duration I was waiting on hold for over an hour. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said NO and hung up on me again. She was the rudest human being I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COST more

We hired a valley company to protect our hotel. They are less expensive but when we needed them the most such as teenagers running around the floors and out of control patries they take a week or better to schedule. \r \r We called Copper Eagle after our current security provider failed to schedule us a guard. They arrived quickly and looked good in uniform. They did a great job.\r \r My boss mumbeled about the other company we had hired origianally ""you get what you pay for"". \r \r Guess if you hire a low price company you get lack luster service.\r \r There is no better service in Santa Clarita. Pros: Came at a moments notice. Look Great. Get the job done. Cons: They only work Santa Clarita, Acton, Castaic and Val Verde more

Our townhome complex has unfortunately been using this company for years. We call them and speak to someone who takes a message who then says someone will call us back for more details then we don't receive a call back. We do this repeatedly over the course of many hours until we finally have to give up. It makes me angry that my HOA dues are being used to pay these people. Cons: Poor service more
