Copper Beech Townhomes

Best	Copper Beech Townhomes My sister attends GSU and she lives in these townhomes. The staff has been very professional and the townhomes have been kept in fairly new shape (they are newly constructed).
Worst	AWFUL THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE! THE ONLY THING THAT THEY HAVE GOING FOR THEM IS THAT THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST APARTMENTS IN STATESBORO. THE STAFF HAS A BAD ATTITUDE EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM...

THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE! THE ONLY THING THAT THEY HAVE GOING FOR THEM IS THAT THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST APARTMENTS IN STATESBORO. THE STAFF HAS A BAD ATTITUDE EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM OR WALK IN, THE MAINTENANCE NEVER GETS DONE, WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, THEY OVER CHARGE YOU ON ""DAMAGES"" THAT ARE NOT EVEN THERE, OH AND THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO MOVE OUT BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR FINALS YOU SENIOR YEAR UNLESS YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GRADUATION DATE ISNT A WEEK LATER THEN WHAT YOU SIGNED YOUR LEASE FOR! more
