Went here for maintenance service on my VW based on recommendation from another VW driver.

Worst

After being told to come and pick up my car, I had to wait over an hour without any real explanation. Very inconsiderate. And the apology was not sincere. Like another reviewer...

My "Go To Guys" 9/17/2009

Great small repair shop. Very busy but was still able to fix my car and return it to me faster and cheaper than the dealership's quote. more

What customer service 2/20/2009

After being told to come and pick up my car, I had to wait over an hour without any real explanation. Very inconsiderate. And the apology was not sincere. Like another reviewer said, owner doesn't acknowledge inconveniencing customers, almost comes off arrogant. I will take my business elsewhere. more

Only auto shop I've ever recommended 2/7/2006

A friend recommended Coppell Tire & Auto about 3 years ago and I've been thankful ever since. They fix what needs to be fixed and nothing more; no bait and switch and no high pressure. Sometimes they find something else, sometimes they'll tell you don't need any work. But, if they find something, they will give you quote and even tell you if it can be put off, confident that you'll come back when it's time. Their labor prices are very competitive and they even take the time shop around for the best parts pricing. Shannon, the owner, prints "A shop you can trust" on his business card. I agree! more

Coppell Tire & Auto is a very nice auto repair shop, the mechanics here are very helpful and knowledgeble. They will offer you great prices. They have good rates for labour. They will return your car in time. I find them verr reliable. I will recommend them very much. You should try them out. They have a nice location. They have very very nice staff more

Auto Repairs 8/21/2005

This is a great, reputable small auto repair/parts/tire shop. They are a smaller business that isn't overly advertised and kinda tucked away from high traffic areas. However, the owners like it this way and prefer word of mouth referrals. They were extremely helpful to us when our car broke down nearby and helped us for the cost of parts only. We since then have had other repairs done at their shop and have been very happy with them. Very reasonable in price and very trustworthy. Hard to come by in auto repair today! more
