On the positive side, the service was attentive and if you want a quite restaurant without a wait then Copeland's is the place. I and my fiancee went to Copeland's on a Thursday night. We knew that in Buckhead, finding a good restaurant without a long wait could be a challenge. Well, at Copeland's there was NO wait -- it was almost dead! At best there were 15 or 20 people there. But, wait, where did the people go? Ah! To better restaurants. Copeland's has a kitchen that falls short, way short, more often than not ? I had crab stuffed catfish and the catfish seemed frozen, not fresh, while the crab stuffing was at least 90% breadcrumbs and what was left was processed crab - it was bad and bland. My fiancee ordered stuffed shrimp (same pathetic stuffing) but the five breaded shrimp she got were just a little larger than the popcorn shrimp that you get at Capt. D's. What a joke. Over all, if you want Cajun then best head back to Pappadeaux. It noisy there but at least the food is good. Oh, to add insult to injury at the end of the meal the serve up the bill
Pros: Quiet - Service
Cons: Food
