Best

I love this Cajun Restaurant! It has the best New Orleans cuisine in Atlanta! Their Deep fried turkeys are great for any holiday! Pros: New Orleans Cuisine, Deep Fried Turke...

Worst

Had brunch here -- not impressed. Too salty , lukewarm meats & just not a good representation of food of Nola The best thing was the great trio (Barrett, Fargo & Davies)

Unexpected Delight 3/23/2009

I have passed by Copelands on Piedmont road several times and finally decided to give them a try. With the high prices of Buckhead I was surprised to see the competitive pricing and incredible food, athentic Cajun food in the heart of Atlanta! I highly recommend you stop by , great Sunday brunch buffet and the most affordable in Buckhead! more

Best Sunday Brunch Ever! 4/17/2008

I accidentally found out they have a Sunday Brunch at all Copelands on Sundays but this location has a live jazz band. Well since realizing it, I have been back at least 5 times and always take a large group when I go. Its all you can eat with breakfast and lunch items, there is a carving station, the fried fish and bananas foster are to die for. And you get all that for only $14.99 per person, a steal in Atlanta for Sunday Brunch! Pros: Great Price, Fried Fish and Bananas Foster French Toast Cons: Jazz Band could be better but you dont go for the music anyway. more

Disappointing and Overpriced 4/10/2008

On the positive side, the service was attentive and if you want a quite restaurant without a wait then Copeland's is the place. I and my fiancee went to Copeland's on a Thursday night. We knew that in Buckhead, finding a good restaurant without a long wait could be a challenge. Well, at Copeland's there was NO wait -- it was almost dead! At best there were 15 or 20 people there. But, wait, where did the people go? Ah! To better restaurants. Copeland's has a kitchen that falls short, way short, more often than not ? I had crab stuffed catfish and the catfish seemed frozen, not fresh, while the crab stuffing was at least 90% breadcrumbs and what was left was processed crab - it was bad and bland. My fiancee ordered stuffed shrimp (same pathetic stuffing) but the five breaded shrimp she got were just a little larger than the popcorn shrimp that you get at Capt. D's. What a joke. Over all, if you want Cajun then best head back to Pappadeaux. It noisy there but at least the food is good. Oh, to add insult to injury at the end of the meal the serve up the bill Pros: Quiet - Service Cons: Food more

A nice find 12/5/2005

Can you love a restaurant? Well, I fell in love with Copeland's the very first time I went there. The customers were varied, from families, to couples, to singles, everyone was comfortable there. The atmosphere is cozy, casual (but not too casual) and friendly. The food was out of this world. I wanted everything on the menu, and that was a first. The drinks were great, the service was great and the waiters friendly, prompt and courteous. The music they play just gets into your bones it's so good. I am looking forward to my next trip back. Pros: Great Food, Great Music, Great Service Cons: Parking is iffy more

Muah! 4/8/2005

The food was incredibly flavorful, and my server was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu, which was a relief. I had a cajun, alfredo pasta with crab cake...fabulous. I reccommend going around lunchtime...I was seated almost right away and the lunch-time prices are always a plus. Pros: food, service, price more

Cajun Cool!!! 6/23/2002

The food was GREAT! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was very romantic. THe restaurant was dimly lit and it wasn't very crowded. I loved it and would reccomment it to anyone who loves cajun food. We had the Pasta Shrimp Luan which was quite tasty. more
