Best airline in Latin America 2/25/2014

This was my first time flying with Copa and I was really impressed. I was on the flight from Costa Rica to Panama and Panama to Los Angeles. First of all, both the flight and the connection were close to on-time, (the connection was 20 minutes late)...this is more than I can say for my flight through a different airline that went to Costa Rica. more
