My experience was awful. She required me to write her a check for the full amount before my daughter (15 years old) even sat in the chair. She then would not allow me to watch the procedure. She is all about the money and shows NO compassion nor does she show a caring attitude. Her reply was, ""It's office policy"". In the end I left and took my daughter to her comeptitor who is wonderful by the way. Dr Cooper-Newland is extremely RIDGID! Stay away if you expect service. more

looking for a great Oral Surgeon 4/28/2010

I visited Dr.Cooper-Newland and she was the best in taking out my wisdom teeth. I was real afraid of the procedure but she made it very comfortable . I would suggest anyone who is having wisdom teeth trouble to go to her office . Her office has the best knowledgeable staff ever . thanks DR.Cooper Pros: good doctor more

best Doctor ever 4/28/2010

It's Funny that I read this review because I live in Bellaire and Dr.Cooper -Newland is the best Oral Surgeon there is .She spends an appropriate amount of time with your consultation visit and then does her surgery . She wxpalins her self very well . She is a fantastic Doctor I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE more

DO NOT use this dentist 3/31/2010

I would recommend going anywhere else. Very rude staff, rude dentist, unprofessional all around. I had to wait 1.5 hrs for the dentist because ""something came up"", and yes, this was the only explanation. This doctor would be good if you have nothing else to do but sit in a waiting room for hours and like the people that you pay to be complete trash.
