Rude and Incompetent 10/18/2005

After receiving the explanation of benefits from my insurance company; I realized I had been overcharged more than $100 for medical treatment I had received. I called to discuss this with the business office-they treated me as if I was an imbecile and was very rude. Finally, after the second day of calling they pulled their copy of the EOB and realized they had made a mistake on the adjustments. more

  • The Cooper Clinic Department of Ear, Nose Throat and Allergy staff includes well-trained, Board-Certified physicians and Nurse Practitioners. They provide medical and surgical care to the ears, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. Audiology services for hearing testing, hearing aids, and treatment of tinnitus are also provided. This department is one of the only providers in the area to provide sub-lingual allergy therapy in addition to full-scale testing and immunotherapy. Their services include: Diagnosis and treatment for acute and chronic ear and hearing disorders; Management of patients with hearing loss and balance disorders; Endoscopic examination of air and food passages; Tumors of the head and neck; and Treatment of allergic, sinus, laryngeal, thyroid and esophageal disorders. They also perform in-office Balloon Sinus Dilation for the treatment of chronic sinusitis..
