I called them and they were on time, he asked me first how much we pay for the new house ( I did not know that he did it to charge latter accordingly) the person who came has a very bad attitude from the beginning , he was in a rush and he was pressuring me because he want me to decide in 30 seconds if I do the work or not, he try to charge first $580 dollars for a contactor and a thermostat and when I did not accepted and that I told him that my wife will check on line the value of a thermostat and a contactor he get mad and turn out to his van and left me talking alone, then he call his ""Boss"" from his van and came back with a new price of $310 dollars, I told him yes go ahead and do the work , my wife called me and told me that I have to look at the thermostat that he is going to install, because she saw on line that they are thermostat's from 15 dollars to 100 dollars, and to make sure that for that price he was installing a programmable thermostat, when I asked him to show me the thermostat that he is going to install (that was the size of a business card), I asked him if it was programmable and he became so mad and told me... I'm out of here!!! , I will not charge you anything!!! I'm living!!!! and left to his van, then he came back with an invoice to collect the 65 dollars for the service call, I paid him because I think he pull something out of his van and he was mad, really I fill unsafe, very bad experience, I will suggest to his ""boss"" to teach them more customer service and good manners and have a price list printed with your logo to don't let his personal to charge more customers, the wo# 27048 from 1/6/2014
