My daughter bought a car from these people, a newer used car, but paid $10,000+ - within 6 months she has already had to have over $3,000.00 in repairs. There's no way their mechanics couldn't have noticed several things wrong with that car. They're either awful mechanics or they just hoped they could pawn that lemon off on someone who doesn't know much about cars. She made many efforts to get them to help with the repair costs but they refused. I would never trust these guys again! more

I traded in a vehicle they never paid off my existing loan for over 6 weeks in the meantime 2 automatic car payments were deducted from my bank account. I purchased a used vehicle that had no working key fobs, and several other issues. I brought it in and was told it would be 2 weeks for parts. I called 6 weeks later and nobody will call me back and I'm still dealing with a vehicle that has several issues that should have been fixed before they sold it. I have referred 4 people over the last 2 years and bought 2 cars there myself. Never again! They have no appreciation for their customers and Mr. Cooley is useless. I wouldn't dare go there or send anyone there you will be greatly disappointed. I couldn't submit with 0 stars otherwise that would be the rating they deserve more

Everyone that helped me was very kind and helpful. It is really a no-pressure environment which I was definitely pleased with. more

As nice as they are here, their repair prices are obscene. They have to be the highest in the Capital District! more
