Four years ago we had another company come out and tell us we needed a new a/c system. We decided to get a second opinion from Cool Z. They came out and fixed the unit for under $...

Service scheduling was easy and serviceman arrived within 2 hours even on a very hot and humid day, also what i liked they did not cheat or create any problem simply batteries did not contact in my thermostat so i'm glad I called them and its all fix for fair price more

Cannot rate Lennox yet, Had a Trane for 30 years and finally it bit the az dirt, in process of getting new one but after reading oaa the dissatisfied people with Lennox guess I will be getting a Trane,this unit never gave me one bit of trouble, and Had it since the house was built in 1976,Trane was very good to me,, more

I've been in my home for over 25 years and have used many of the well known companies. Cool Z is by far the best and most professional company I have used. They cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for. more

Cool Z is very professional and I was happy with the service. The issues I had were a blown contactor on my AC, and a pilot light controller on the heater Technician was knowledgeable and came prepared to fix most issues on site. Appropriately dressed clean attire and pleasant disposition. Cool z takes pride in their work and they cleaning up any mess associated with the work. I will definitely use them again when I have other heating and cooling needs.? more

Fast service 5/16/2010

I've been having problems with my A/C for the past two years and was working with a major company in the Chicago area who could not find a solution. Mark the owner of Cool Z A/C serviced the unit and within 40 mins was able to recognize the problem! I am extremely pleased with the overall service received and would recommend them to everyone. Air Conditioning 5/15/2010

I have used them on several occasion for A/C work and have always been satisfied. Today was my 1st time to use the hvac side but was very happy came out gave me a bid, did the work and charged me what they said it would cost. They do great work...? more

Ac and furnace quote 5/10/2010

We were looking to replace our old furnace and add on air conditioning. After receiving several estimates, we became quite discouraged, as they were all so expensive. That changed when we received our bid from Cool Z H. Thank you for the great service and great price.? more
