Cool Window Tinting

I have had three Hondas and one Subaru Forester tinted with Mike Garcia at Cool Window Tinting over the last 13 years. My first Civic was done in 1998. At first, I wondered if the tinting would bubble up or get creases as I had seen in other cars. But Mike gave me assurances that his techniques would prevent that. Well, it did! It has been 11 years since that first tinting without one distortion, bubble, crack or crease to this day. All my cars are perfect in tinting. I enjoy the security for my wife as at night you cannot tell if she is alone by just looking in the windows. This Army veteran is honest and hard working. He does his own installing as he has for the last 32 years. His techniques are first rate and proven to work. He is doing something he loves and it shows. This is the cleanest shop you can imagine. I did a quick google search for car window tinting in Tacoma and found that Cool Window Tinting was the best place around: I'm a military spouse not from this area so I rely on other customer revews to find a lot of services that I need. Mike's customers seem to think he's AWESOME from all of his positive reviews; and I'm no different. Mike was great and he did a phenominal job. I brought my wife's car in to get done and it looks awesome, then the next month I brought my car to get done as well. Mike took really good care of me and our cars. He had to take panels out of the doors and rear windows to get the tint film all of the way down to the edge. He put the cars back together and no one would know the difference. Mike guarentees his work which is great because there was a small imperfection in my wife's rear window along the defroster line and I took it to him and he re-did the window even taking the back panels out to make this right. Now our cars look great, the tinting really gives your car a different look about it and makes you feel excited to keep driving it. Mike does great work, his customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommmend his services if you plan on getting your car windows tinted! more

Over the phone he doesnt want to give a quote, he tells me bring it in,come see the shop...WOW, after seeing his shop, it gives a hospital's OR a run for its money! To say its clean doesnt do it justice. Mike is very proud of his work and it shows in the hundreds of pictures that line his walls! 3 cars later and I can assure you he will be the only one to touch my cars period. The only reason someone would go elsewhere is they dont care about the car to begin with. Top notch work, may not be as cheap as other shops, but you get what you pay for!! more

Mike does an awesome job and is every bit PROFESSIONAL! The guy talking about the 1-900 # doesn't have a clue! Over the past 14 years or so Mike has done 6 cars for me personally, and a few for friends that I've sent his way. I had a windshield replaced on my Blazer yesterday and I took it to Cool Window Tinting for the stripe across the top today. He did the stripe and it looks great. The whole truck was tinted about 6 years ago by Mike and I have not had a single piece of those 9 windows give out in any way. Take your car to Mike for some Cool Windows. more

We surprised my mom for her 60th birthday with her Saturn car windows tinted. I looked around the area and ended up calling this place. The gentlemen that answered the phone was extremely friendly and very helpful. He quoted me a price that I was very happy with. He even met us at his shop after they were closed one night to drop the car off. They did a PERFECT job and had it ready when they said it would be. The windows have been done for over 2 years now and still look PERFECT. more
