The woman who cut my 5 year old sons hair was horrible. He started crying while she was using clippers, saying it was hurting. Instead of stopping or doing it more gently, she repeatedly told HIM she wasn't hurting him. Quoted word for word, ""I'm not hurting you, my love. I'm not paid to hurt you, I'm paid to cut your hair, and that's what I'm doing."" I had to stop her so I could ask my son what specifically was hurting, and she blew everything off as if saying he wasn't in pain was going to somehow make the pain stop. If a child is crying legitimately, and saying something hurts, STOP. Not only that, but the hair cut was a wreck, and I ended up having to fix it myself. The women who work here have no expertise in dealing with kids. Most have no experience with kids at all. They slap ""4 Kids"" at the end of it, and throw in some video games/movies and think that can somehow disguise the fact they have no idea how to treat a child. Bad haircut, BAD hairstylists.\r
