I Found Ray Hart on craigslist and got a great price on an install for a 2.5 ton heat pump for my basement. Went to run my ac this summer and it wouldn't cool so i had my ac guy check it out when ray stood me up 3 times. he said ""i hate to tell you this but you have some serious code violations and hazards in your house."" ""your lucky your house hasn't burned down"" . Well... I called Ray to come out and he has stood me up for the 4th time.. Well Ray..you are not welcome in my house ever agin. I will pay someone to fix your shabby work. First they will fix the lineset which you pieced together using different size copper without connectors. No wonder I don't have freon. And no it's not correct to ram a 3/8 pipe into a 5/8.Next they will probably replace the 30amp fuse with a 60 and rewire with the proper guage wire so my wife and kids don't burn with my house and then they'll probably install a drip pan and whatever else you screwed up so my basement doesn't flood. BEWARE OF HIM!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! more

This person arrived at my home, completely tore out my entire air handling unit and outside condensor...took great care not to walk on my carpet with dirty shoes etc...\r \r Rewired my thermostat to work with the system...cleaned up after himself and everything just went beautiful. We are warm when we want to be and cool when we need to be.\r \r I would recommend this person for any and all of your heating and air conditioning needs. Did I mention, we live in Augusta, GA and the Cool Boys traveled from Duluth and did a great job in very little time. \r \r Mr. Tripp\r Augusta, GA Pros: Excellent Service...very polite and courteous.
