Serviceman arrived on the day requested. Performed diagnostic and completed repair. Unit worked when Serviceman left.

They came the very day I spoke with them, installed my air conditioner, and showed me how to maintain it. Professional, extremely nice, inexpensive ... I could go on and on. more

Recommended AC service 9/23/2012

They are FAST, FANTASTIC, and I wouldn't call anyone else!! They came prepared with all of the items that they might need, after describing the situation over the phone, so they wouldn't have to go up and down in the elevator! I was given same day service … I'm so happy that I choose Cool Air USA you wouldn’t believe it. more

We are not satisfied... 4/16/2012

This people are very rude. We are not satisfied with their service. They just fooled us I guess. We are sign up with this company for the 2 year maintenance plan and told us we don't have to pay anything for 2 years. When we called them after 2 months for the maintenance they just spray chemical not even 3mins. Then they are charging us 100bucks for the travel fee. This is not a reliable company. The people who want to call this company better think hundred times before you do it. When we complained they just said go ahead and told us they will never refund our money back. This is a good customer service? I don't think so. They are cheated with us!! more
