He worked diligently with the manufacturer to get the part and got it fixed. He is highly competent and even worked over the weekend to help us. We highly recommend his services. Recently we experienced a large plumbing issue with our master bath tub in our new home. We have a home warranty since we had recently purchased this home and went through the home warranty representatives for our repair needs. Mark Cook was the third plumber to come and look at our plumbing issue. The first plumber knew what the problem was but did not work on it at all, the second plumber spent almost 3 hours looking and had NO idea what to do, couldn't even provide an estimate. Within 10 minutes of Mark Cook's arrival, he knew exactly how to fix the plumbing problem. He was able to complete the job within 90 minutes, fill out the necessary paperwork and let me get on with my day. He is very competant and thorough with the service he provides. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service. Great job - very fair price!!! more
