I was scheduled to have my service done at certain times (when I?m home) because I have dogs. In the time I?ve had this service I?ve had no one even looking at the ticket where it says call first Dogs. They continually just show up, do a half-assed job and leave me a bill for full service. This is not an isolated incident, it happens ALL the time, I call they re-send the man out.\r
I?ve had them jump my fence, trespass, not show up, and never follow directions.\r
I?ve called corporate about these persistent problems, they always have a nice manager (they change monthly too) call me back to try to resolve the issue, until the next time. They had a great technician for a while, but the turn-over at this place is as sketchy as its service. I?m looking for another service. The commercials never talk about the hassle and the phantom service, but with real billing.
Cons: High Turnover leads to poor service
