Dawn is a member of Slow Food USA & a board member for Slow Food Detroit promoting the pleasures of locally grown fresh, seasonal and healthy food.. Dawn offers monthly demo-style cooking classes at the Birmingham Community House,and hands-on small group classes in her home or yours.
