I purchased a vehicle from cookeville honda and i am very disappointed. they tould me a purchase price and then charged me more and would not honer the salesman asking price..... ...

I have been in the market for a "new" used car for a while. I test drove and looked at so many cars lately. I finally found the car I wanted at the price I wanted at Cookeville Honda. In all my research, they had the best prices on used cars. They have cars listed on autotrader.com as well as their own website. You should call about any car you are interested because, they don't hang around the lot very long. Anyway, on to my review.... I dealt with two very nice and HONEST salesmen. Bill Daniels and Jason O'conner. I am very happy with the way I was treated and the deal I got on my car was fantastic! I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!! more

Car Dealer 7/26/2005

The service department is great! The facility is very nice, and the waiting room is comfortable. We always have good service there and we have been frequenting them for about 11 years and have bought two cars from them. We bought the one we take in now in Knoxville, but we always go back there for servicing. (They didn't have the one we were looking for) The office girls are friendly and nice and so are the other employees. more
