Recall work 11/23/2024

Involved suction jet pump. I would have appreciated knowing that I would lose gas, the car would strongly smell of gas, and that they needed to have my back seat empty. However, their automated scheduling did not inform me, nor was I told when I brought it in, or when the car was returned to me. more

VW service 11/20/2024

During routine servicing, several issues were uncovered which were fully explained by including a video of my car engine and undercarriage. I was not pressured into making a decision on the spot. I was very impressed with the new service area. Will continue to use Volkswagon of Fallston for all my servicing needs. more
