I am a criminal defense attorney in Lake County, California. I worked previously as a criminal defense attorney in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Napa, Yolo, and Marin Counties. I have chosen to concentrate my practice on criminal and DUI defense and limit my geographical focus to Lake and Mendocino Counties, so the majority of my time is spent working on cases rather than driving hours to distant courts. As a result of this, I am familiar with the Lake County Court's procedures, the D.A.'s, the judges, and the local police. Furthermore, I do not dabble in civil matters, which allows me to focus all of my energy on criminal and DUI defense. I participate in ongoing legal education regularly, (far more than the California State Bar requires,) and am very familiar with new evolving cutting edge strategies in criminal defense as well as pertinent new cases. I am a member of the California DUI Lawyer's Association, California Public Defender's Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
