We used Conway's for they're decorating service & purchased 95% of they're furniture for the final look. They also did the drapes....or had them done. Unfortunately, when the drapes arrived.....after the delays....fabrics not in....just came in...working on them...finally after almost 3 mos. they arrived. The dining drapes were made completely wrong...and the formal living area panels were too short, and not hung high enough. Well they were gratious and came out and agreed to fix them...we agreed to a solution and off they went. Two weeks later they're back & the dining is acceptible...but the panels in the formal area...well, the fix was to muster up a skirt behind them, which would be much longer...in order to take care of the length needed to raise the rod etc., and the skirt would have a weight on the bottom as so to ruffle it...sort of pleated. Well....its a straight sheet of material with a SEAM THAT TAKES A HOOK TO THE LEFT.... in the center of the panel that sticks out like a sore thumb. Anyway, when we called and complained, we were told that ""we were out of money and out of time"". NOT a good answer....we spent a lot of money in they're store & all we expect is what we were told we were going to get. Ohhhh....I must say though....that we didn't like several pieces that were chosen when they arrived....and they did take those back ....in exchange for a store credit on other pieces. Anyway...all I say is....dot your I's & cross your T's, and make sure you see vivid pictures of the draperies you choose....or you may be in for a surprise.
