We Are So Happy! 11/5/2011

Recently we had new carpet and bathroom countertops put in by Convict Hill Floor Covering.....we love, love, love the job they did! Christian and Brad were so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Their crews were so skilled and friendly, they completed everything in a timely manner and it all looked so beautiful! I am excited to get started on our next project with Christian and Brad, they know how to make renovation easy! Thanks guys! more

After 30+ years of hiring/firing/evaluating subcontractors, I am not easily impressed-but I sure am in this case-Initial contact, both in shop and here at my home were friendly, efficient, and professional. more

Great Company to Work With 4/25/2011

I worked with Christian and Terri on my sister's kitchen remodel and was so pleased with the way the whole project turned out that I decided to use them on my own project. Convict Hill Floor Covering store has a large selection of materials to choose from, and Christian and Terri take the time to work with each client to get the results you are looking for. After the selection process, the materials are ordered and work is scheduled. Terri works diligently to coordinate all aspects of the job in a timely manner. The crew arrives when scheduled and work is done in a neat and orderly fashion. Christian likes to 'pop in' often at the work site to make sure the customer is pleased and that the work is being performed as discussed. Christian stays involved with the crews until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. I've worked with a number of service providers in the past but Convict Hill Floor Covering ranks high on my list as one of the best experiences start to finish. I recommend Convict Hill Floor Covering without reservations. Thanks guys for all the hard work. more

Would recommend 4/19/2011

We are so very pleased with the job that Convict Hill Floorcovering did in our home. Christian, Kaema, and Terri were so very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had along the way. They installed wood flooring in our master bedroom and tile flooring in our master bathroom. The attention to detail that was displayed in regards to the wood flooring was exceptional. It was done promptly, neatly, and with minimal disruption. It is beautiful. As far as the tile installation, we have commented that we have never seen tile placed so meticulously perfect. What an exceptional job! All of the installers are very polite and professional. I would recommend Convict Hill Floorcovering to anyone who asks. We will be doing more with them in the future. more

Great service with wonderful results 3/14/2011

My husband and I were referred to Convict Hill Floor Covering by a friend and we couldn?t be happier with the service we received. Christian, the owner, and her staff did an amazing job on our hardwood floor installation. From the moment we met Christian, she was so helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. She was able to suggest a floor choice that not only matched the look we wanted but also worked within our budget. We?ve been renovating our condo from top to bottom and have worked with many contractors. It seemed that every projected we started ran into huge problems that all could have been avoided with better service and attention to detail. What a relief it was to work with Christian and her crew. The installers did a great job and were very professional and efficient. The install was a success - no problems to report and the turnaround time was quicker than we expected. Our floors look absolutely amazing. We were so impressed with their service and quality of work, that we are now in the process of having Convict Hill Floor Covering install Silestone countertops in our kitchen. Once this is done, our next renovation project will be our bathroom. We will undoubtedly use Convict Hill Floor Covering for our bathroom tile and countertops. more

FIRST CLASS work by Convict Hill Floor Covering!! 3/6/2011

Several years ago, we installed hardwood floors and Convict Hill did a superb job at the very best price ... and we sought MANY estimates around town. When it came time (past time, actually!) to remodel our bathrooms, we called Christian at Convict Hill first since we knew first-hand the talent and professionalism of her staff and crew. But, it wasn't until we saw the tile work done on our new shower that we realized the work is more than just a shower installation ... it's truly a work of art. It's gorgeous!! The crews show up early, work late and get every detail JUST right ... they are professional, considerate and do top-notch work. For any project, we'll call them first! more

I really cannot say enough good stuff about this company- and about Christian and Terri and her staff.. They did me a 100% solid. I have been having a really hard time walking, and knew that getting this laminate put in would REALLY help me physically. I could not afford it & Christian did this as a christian, giving thing. The floor looks incredible, It makes my house look incredible and my mobility is already better. Christian and her staff were professional, sensitive, and beyond reliable and helpful. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my flooring purchase from Convict Hill Floor Covering. From the get go, Christian made selecting my new tile a pleasant experience. Her knowledge of the products and ability to understand my needs was very helpful. She was even able to assist me with design ideas for a small area of tile around my fireplace, coming up with a creative idea that I would never have thought of, but that looks fantastic. She was also able to accommodate my budget, helping me find a tile choice that would allow me to get the effect I wanted without going over budget. The installation crew was fast, efficient, cleanly, and professional. Everyone who has seen my new floor has commented on how well the installation was done. I recently called Convict Hill Flooring along with several other flooring companies for a quote on new floorsin my home. Convict Hill was the first of the couple that I called who responded. They were the most courteous, professional and the best listeners as far as what I wanted. Needless to say I went with Convict Hill Flooring and couldn't be happier! Above & Beyond Quality & Customer Service 7/10/2009

I must say that I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Convict Hill. I have used Christian and her team for carpet for many, many years. I replace my carpet every two years or so with my changing taste in current trends and I have always had the best experiences with them. A few years ago my house was flooded due to faulty plumbing and I asked Christian to re-floor my wood floors, re-carpet & install new Silestone counters and backsplashes. I received the best service. So much personal attention was given to every detail of my project and I was so happy with the quality of the installation and the products she offered and also how beautiful everything looked in my home. I was so happy with her team that I had convict Hill Flooring do all of the tile & counters in my master bath remodel early last year before I sold my home. Once I purchased a new home, even though it was brand new construction, I insisted with the builder that Convict Hill provide the floors. They have my business & I would recommend them to everybody!
