After being assured by her supplier Christian ""ran all over town"" (phoned?). She found what she needed and started when she promised. We neednt even know about that until she started, we would have slipped the start date but she's a promises kept preson. \r \r We were told it would be a 7 to 7 job and the foreman called at 7:05 to make sure we were ready. The doorbell rang a minute later. That was nice! They were done about five. \r \r A couple of minor warnings. Our wood was delivered about a week earlier to condition it beforr it was installed. We were also ask to paint our quarter round. No big deal!\r \r Now I've been a risks officer for several major projects and things can always go badly in an instant, they seemed dedicated to under promise, overdeliver. I thought the schedule was rather agressive to begin with and they beat that. \r \r They were not the lowest price but they had the rep and gave us the best value. more

Christian and Brad and their team at Convict Hill Floor Covering are simply awesome!!! Just recently they did our third carpeting job over an extended period of time, and the staff members were largely the same, and they remembered us from years before. Can you imagine that? My husband and I love the quality of work from this group, and the prices are reasonable. We hired Convict Hill Floor Covering to install wood floors in our entire downstairs in December. The process from start to finish was very good. Christian and team gave instructions on how to prepare our house for the demo and install. The crew that installed the floor was clean, courteous, and took care of all our furnishings. The estimated time from start to finish was spot on and the very few tick list items were completed within a week. We ended up with a beautiful new floor. I would highly recommend this company. more

We have used Convict Hill twice in the last 3 years, after having seen their work on a neighbor's kitchen counter install project, and have been totally 'blown away' by the results each time. Brad was the lead 'honcho' on our most recent project, which was a three bathroom remodel with new tile tub & shower surrounds & floors, countertops and sinks, all plumbing fixtures, and a 'kick-butt' frameless shower stall, along with new carpet installed in 2/3s of the house--Brad even recommended the tile, which we love. Christian 'headed-up' the earlier kitchen remodel with new counters, sink & fixtures, and lighting which took the kitchen from the darkest/gloomiest room to the brightest, most cheerful one in the house. Both projects were scheduled well in advance, and proceeded pretty much as scheduled. Both Brad & Christian care about doing an excellent job and came by routinely to see if any issues needed attention during both projects. They seem to have a 'knack' for using crews who share their professionalism and attention to detail, take pride in their work, and who are not there just for the paycheck--excellent workmanship at a fair price.\r \r We can recommend them highly to our family, friends, and all our Austin neighbors. more

Christian and Brad with Oak Hill Flooring did a great job on our remodels. In the fall they did floors for us. In January we had them remodel our bathroom. They did everything and more than promised on time, on budget and most professionally. I would highly recommend this professional team. I have never had anyone who did the calendar 2 months in advance and all the subs delivered on time, but theirs did. I can't wait for my next home remodel, I will only use them. Thank you Christian and Brad for making it awesome. more

I just had my countertops replaced and tile work done by Convict Hill Flooring and I must say that I have been extremely pleased with the results. Brad and Christian did an excellent job of scheduling the different contractors and they each showed up when they were scheduled!! I must say that each contractor was an artist and a professional in their respective areas. We had used Convict Hill Floor Covering to install carpet in our bedrooms and were very pleased. Based on our positive experience we hired them for our kitchen remodel. Christian and her team were pleasant to work with and very professional. She stayed in constant contact, was very easy to reach, and promptly returned our calls. After the horror stories we had heard of other people's remodels, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was completed in a reasonable time frame, and that everything went well. Very Satisfied. Excellent Customer Service 2/19/2012

Christian and the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering did an excellent job on our master bath remodel. Christian was very knowledgeable about the latest in bath designs and styles and was very patient as my wife and I debated about what was just the right shade of beige tile to use. Once the tile selection and design were finalized, Christian scheduled the work so that it would be done as efficiently and quickly as possible. The work was done in about a week and the end result looked terrific. Throughout the whole process the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering was very professional and wanted to ensure that we were very satisfied customers. We will definitely be working with them again as we tackle the next home improvement project - the kitchen. more

Convict Hill Floor Covering just completed our kitchen redo. New ceramic tile floor, strip wallpaper, spray texture, prime and paint. What a fantastic job, they are totally awesome! courteous and professional in every way. Amazing to me that they could take on what could be a very messy project yet leave the place spotless every day. more
