It is a family business and John Lisk (The father) came out to measure for the job and I would recommend Contract Carpets for any job any time. We had carpet replaced in our entire house and John (The Owner) is the only estimator that was able to give us a price right on the spot. And it was the most spot on in terms of square footage. We had a laminate hardwood floor installed by these guys about a year ago. Since then they have been back to work on the floor 2 times, leaving more of a problem than they started with. One section of floor panel keeps coming apart from the sections around it. They came out to fix it and left leaving a bigger gap then we started with. The trim where the floor and walls meet is also shotty work. Some sections are different colors than others. After trying to correct this issue they left caulk all over the floor and tried using 2 pieces of trim in one small section under a bathroom door, which has separated and left caulk all over the place. \r \r DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE BY THIS GROUP!!! We used them last year for a BIG job and a year later they have not FIXED their mistakes. They left GLUE all over our Hardwood Floors and we get an answer every time we call.
