CCD are Price Gaugers 11/16/2011

I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the Contra Costa Door service pricing policy! I called for service on a garage door that was randomly sticking in a partial-open position. The technician made a "slight adjustment" ... his words and spent less than 20 min at my home. The "minimum charge" rate was $129 - for a minor adjustment that took less than 20 minutes! I will NEVER call CCD for service again ... they prey on retired people like myself with their outragous rates. I will also tell friends/family not to use CCD. Disgruntled home owner! more
