The apartment they rented us is a few miles off campus. They assured us that no undergrad students live in our building, and that only a handful of graduate students do. That turned out to be false. Although there are many families living in our complex, there are also many students; they often make lots of noise. They are not the only managers of the building, so I guess they cannot help that, but still they were either being dishonest or they didn't know, but it is their job to know.
Also, our apartment has had many problems. CREM is usually pretty good about sending someone in a few days, but its clear that they don't always listen to us or they don't explain it well to the service man. We have had to call in a problem again because the serviceman fixed the wrong thing. Overall my impression of CREM is that they are used to dealing with students, and so all of their customers get the same kind of treatment.
