The guys here seem knowlegable about tile and the tile quality was very good. However, when we had an issue about returning a box of unused tiles (the contractor purchased them so he had to get back to them which was understadable), the guy was surly and somewhat unpleasant...needs some people skills. more

This was my first experience into the world of ceramic tile.It turned out that it was a rather ambitious project.At times i felt like i was in over my head,however,with the expert guidance i was able to successfully complete my project.They were able to simplify things for me that i thought was rather complex.I now have a lot more confidence when i begin another tile project on my own.Thank you and i would certainly recommend continental tile to anyone i encounter. more

My mother recently bought tiles from continental tile in broomall, PA for her basement. Continental not only srewed my mothers order up big time, but also refused to exchange the tiles for her saying that she is gonna have to spend another 400 dollars for the right tiles that she needs, after spending over a grand in that store already. To make matters worse these people won't even admit to their mistake saying that it was my mother who screwed up the order, and not them. If you are looking for tiles DO NOT buy from contintntal tile in broomall. You will not receive the good, reliable and professional service you are looking for.
