I CONCUR 3/26/2012

My husband and I went there as well and must have ran into the same salesman. The only way I was able to shop in that store was to place my order with the manager. She was exremely competent and made up for that person. I was with him for 5 minutes and was ready to tear my hair out of my head and walk out of the store! I also requested information from him via email and he screwed up every quote....3 strikes your out pal! We wasted in excess of 2 very frustrating hours and expressed our concerns with the manager. HE SHOULD BE FIRED! more

Beware 7/26/2011

My wife and I recently bought new cabinets from this store. The salesman screwed up the order on 3 different items even though we had drawings to prove what we wanted and ordered. When we went to the store to discuss these problems, he blamed our contractors and became very defensive. He wouldn't give us a credit and we would have to pay for all of his mistakes.I wanted his bosses name and the owners name to discuss these problems but he said that he would never give that information to us. I will never shop in this store again and will tell all my friends the same. The salesman should be fired!!! more
