I had to get some hearing aids for the first time in my life. My insurance didn't cover hearing aids. These things can be expensive so I went to a couple of different places. I landed on this place. The gentleman that worked with me explained to me all the options. At no point in time did I feel pushed but I did feel I was appreciated. I got one just like a buddy of mine but I payed $500 less. Man was he steamed. I felt so good about my experience, I made a donation to them. Great website. more

A Great Place 11/27/2006

When I found I had a hearing problem, my brother-in-law Battle Creek recommended 'Constance Brown'. He is a physician.\r \r This is the place to go for assistance with hearing loss. The staff is compentent profesionals. The organization is 'not for profit'. \r \r Here you won't get ripped off. more

This place is a great wealth of information for anyone dealing with a child with possible hearing problems. My daughter is autistic and we were at first concerned that she had a hearing loss and that's what was leading to her lack of language. Through our Early On program we were referred to Constance Brown for a hearing exam. The staff is wonderful and made my daughter feel very comfortable which for her is quite difficult. I can't say enough good things about everyone we came in contact with. I highly recommend them. more
