It is a pleasure to get such exceptional service these days! Your shop is professionally run and it shows. I am always greeted with a smile and called often by my first name. The shop is clean and comfortably appointed with coffee etc. I have never had to wait or be delayed which is a biggie for me. Courtney is a joy and she works as best she can with what she has to work with :)!!! It is a pleasure to refer to friends. Being a business owner myself, that is the best mileage you can get!!! more

Mani/pedi 8/25/2011

The pedicure was good, my feet look great. The manicure...well, I am very unhappy about how my nails were filed and after only two days they are chipped/chipping.I had asked for them to be shaped only since I liked the length and had an event to attend this weekend. After I got home, I noticed they were considerably shorter and they were filed crooked, slanting to the side. Normally, I would say nothing, but I was/am unhappy and feel next time I would not make that appointment, which is something I never thought I'd say about my favorite place. While the pedicure was good, the manicure was not. Sorry. I hate to say negative things. I love everything else about the Conservatory. more
