do not buy from conn's appliance. they are crooks. they go to a huge training seminar to learn how to basically cheat people out of their money. we signed up for a no interest contract on an 1800.00 refridgerator and they started charging us interest anyway. when we called to have this fixed - we talked to 8 different people who gave us 8 different answers as to why we were being charged interest - so we just paid the item off. then 1 year later the icemaker went out and the service tech said it was 10 days out of warranty and that it would cost 200.00 plus 75.00 service charge. when we talked to his manager - he was very rude and unhelpful. we finally got the number to whirlpool, and they said the problem that the repairman said we were having with the unit did not make any sense. we told them that the repairman did not even pull the unit away from the wall to check for problems. whirlpool gave us an authorization number to have it repaired and the manager at conns did not seem too happy with this. so we are still waiting for our icemaker to be fixed. BE WARNED THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES!!!
Pros: NONE - the whole experience was bad both times we used them.
Cons: bad service, rude employees ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT
