Easy To Work With, Coorperative, Responsive, Dependable Service 12/26/2018

Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. replaced my water heater. This was not my first time using them. I trust their work. They are reliable and efficient. Everything turned out well. Their technicians are prompt, tidy, they clean up after themselves, they are respectful and they answer questions if you have any. I would tell potential customers that Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. are the easiest people to work with, they take all the worries out of the job for you. I will absolutely use Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. again! more

It seemed alright, but the strange thing happened. The toilet downstairs started to leak out of the fill valve spraying all over. Just seemed strange right after it was checked, and yet the same evening. I fixed it with a new one. more

Cosy is high 11/20/2018

Hello Peggy, I had John install a new faucet and sinkerator last week. He does excellent work. After about three hours (less a lunch break) he gave me a bill for about $440.00 ,after a 10% discount.I think that the price was too high as that is about $176.0/hr of work (after the discount). more

Very Responsive; Professional & Courteous 11/7/2018

Connors Plumbing & Heating recently came out to our house to look at our water heater, since we noticed there was a leak. The guy came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us options on how to deal with it. There was no pressure in deciding which option to choose, and he let us pick what we felt would be best. Once we chose, he got to work and got everything done really quick. He was very courteous and professional. We've used Connors before, and I really like their customer service and how fast they respond to whatever we need. more

Very happy with Connors! 10/8/2018

This was my first experience using Connors. I had a furnace check and the technician Mike Zwart showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and did a great job!! He checked we had CO2 detectors and made a few recommendations (such as humidifier add on to furnace) and the specifics around what the cost would be and installation process without being pushy or just trying to make a sale. I appreciated his recommendations and will definitely be using Connors in the future and would recommmend them to friends and family. Thanks! more
