It is always a pleasant experience going to the dentist. Everyone is always so friendly, it's like catching up with old friends once or twice a year. The service is always quick and they always accomodate my schedule. Dr. Hoertdoerfer seems to be very nice, as well. more

The staff have always been the superb. Supportive, funny, empathetic and knowledgeable. Transitioning from one dentist to another can have a good amount of anxiety. It was knowing that the support staff was still there and saying good things about the new doctor. more

Just had mt first appt. with dr.H. He was very nice and gentle just as assistant Barb said he would be. Did not care much for dr. connelly my family stayed on because of the wonderful office staff. more
