Connecting Point Computer Center

I shop at Best Buy but their Apple accessories are over priced, their service is pretty much obsolete, and their knowledge just isn't there. A friend told me about Connecting Point so I went there. There prices are not marked-up, their service is quite astonishing (they told me they are rated in the top 4% of service centers in North America) and they are more friendly than any retail store I've been in. Tip: Ask them about their free seminars. I love you guys!!! more

After Best Buy told me they wanted $120 to answer what I thought was a few simple questions about my new Mac, I went to Connecting Point. THIS WAS THE BEST COMPUTER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Not only did they know WAAAY more about Macs (and tech stuff in general) than Best Buy,... but they actually seemed GLAD to help me. Instead of having to spend my $100 on support, I spent $150 and bought a copy of iWork and a new game! I now go to Connecting Point whenever I have a question regarding ANYTHING technical. Although they are not open on the weekends, I still wait and flat out refuse to deal with anyone else. The staff there is the smartest and friendliest group of techies I have ever dealt with. There is no other computer store like it! A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION! more

Fortunately I have only had to visit Connecting Point 2 times. But I never hesitate to take my computer here when I need repairs. One time I was worried because my computer would not turn on but the folks at connecting point were helpful and really fast. Additionally, they had reasonable prices. Anytime you need a repair on your computer I would recommend connecting point! more
